本專輯為2018年12月22日《石板屋下的葬禮》現場影音紀錄，此音樂劇由國內深具實力的排灣族藝術團隊－米靈岸音樂劇場擔綱演出、藝術總監胡健策展。全劇題材豐富，包含聚會、戀愛、婚禮、祭典、勇士、戰功、告別、追憶，並結合口述、吟唱、舞蹈、儀式等多元敘事方式與奇幻精緻的視聽效果，將排灣族的生活祭儀、生命觀念帶入現代劇場；這場葬禮並非黑暗的死亡展演，而是排灣族對祖先、對自然、對部落文化虔敬的回應。
